************************************************************************************ DIRECT LICENSING GUIDELINES (PUBLIC PERFORMANCE AND TRANSMISSION RIGHTS) These are the direct licensing guidelines ofMusic Production HouseAustralia. At present we havemade the choice not to directly licenceany of our song recordings or music videos for publicperformance or transmission, but rather have contractedwith the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) to do so. The main reason for doing this, is due to the legal and administrative costs involved with directlicensing. We are unable to offer directlicenses at competitive rates for public performance ortransmission and are confident that the PPCA will be able toassist in that regard. Music Production HouseAustralia will review our position every 12 months to consider whetherthe size and skill base of our organizationenables us to engage in direct licensing. In the meantime, if you require a licence for the public performance or transmission of one of oursound recordings or music videos youshould contact the Phonographic Performance Companyof Australia ( PPCA) at www.ppca.com.au or call (02) 8569 1111. If you wish to provide any feedback or comments on our direct licensing policy, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
