INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

This is an open invitation to workplace relations practitioners to participate in a research project that I have commenced through the University of Southern Queensland, as part of my PhD into Conflict at Work.

The project will embrace a range of activities including a comprehensive review of the literature, the construction of a workplace survey and of course the analysis of live workplace issues.

What I am seeking to do at the present time, is to bring this activity to your attention and to encourage anyone who is interested in becoming involved, accessing interesting readings, or contributing in some way with stories, views, participants etc, to do so.  During the course of the project I am happy to share my work and to collaborate in workshops and learning exchanges.

While any formal participation processes will need to have the support of the University’s ethics committee, for the moment, I am simply flagging the activity and extending the offer to anyone who may feel that there is some mutual benefit in becoming involved.
