Andrew J See has worked extensively across all major business areas of state and local government and within the private sector.

His clients have included major companies within the mining, shipping and manufacturing industries, as well as the finance and service industries.

Andrew has substantial experience in providing advice to clients on risk management and compliance strategies, as well as ‘hands-on’ assistance in all areas of people management. He is well renowned for his impartiality and capacity to provide ‘free thinking’ and independent advice. 

Increasingly,  Andrew is being called on to undertake independent investigations into organisational and administrative conduct,  involving major corporations and government institutions. He has a particular interest in developing effective strategies to resolve people conflict at work and has undertaken various consultancies to provide mediation and advisory services in this area.

Andrew has been an advocate in major National and State industrial relations proceedings and has been invited to speak at major industry forums in the areas of workplace health and safety, industrial relations and human resource management.

Andrew has been involved in corporate restructuring, sale of business activities and due diligence and general commercial transactions.

He is one of the few lawyers in Queensland with a combination of significant government service and private practice experience.

Andrew holds an Associate Diploma in Industrial Relations (Brisbane College of Advanced Education); a Bachelor of Laws (Queensland University of Technology);  a Graduate Diploma of Business (Queensland University of Technology); a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major in Economics) (University of Queensland) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (University of Southern Queensland).thumb_max0008_ester_st He is presently undertaking a PhD research degree in Conflict at Work.
